The office was a modest stationery distribution company, and while others clocked in to sell and negotiate, he clocked in to clean up after them.

 

But behind his humble tasks was a fire—an insatiable curiosity and an unwavering determination to learn. He watched how the salesmen handled products, built customer relationships, and overcame objections. Slowly, he began to understand the business from the ground up—quite literally.

 

Ten years later, after a decade of quiet hard work, someone finally noticed him was offered the chance to step up as a salesman. It wasn’t just a promotion—it was the opportunity he had dreamed of for ten long years. And he seized it with everything he had.

 

For the next two decades, he built a reputation for integrity, service, and a tireless work ethic. Clients trusted him. Colleagues respected him. But in 2008, everything changed. The company that had given him his start shuttered its doors, a casualty of shifting markets and changing times.

That same year, with nothing but his savings, his sales experience, and a deep belief in honest business, he founded Y3 Stationery. The name "Y3" stood for three things that guided him from day one: Youth, Yearning, and Yes—the youthfulness to stay adaptable, the yearning to serve, and the belief that “yes” is the foundation of great service.

 

Starting small—just a van, a cramped warehouse, and a few loyal customers—Y3 grew through word-of-mouth, reliability, and old-fashioned hard work. He didn’t just build a company. He built a culture of humility, trust, and perseverance.
